Yuuuuummm! I love Mexican food and Indian food! I think my favourites are Nachos and any Paneer dishes! ( I also like them spicy too - I make sure to add jalapenos to my nachos for some spice!) Thank you for posting the recipes too, do you make either of these dishes at home? Hopefully you've managed to sneak in some spicy meals over the holidays!!
