This is a wonderful letter. I really like how you have incorporated your feelings about travelling to a new land with what happened on your journey. Your use of Maori at the beginning of the letter adds an extra element that suits the feel of the letter well. I'm impressed!
Have you ever been on a boat before? I have but never for very long and I don't enjoy it very much because I get very sea sick!

Cool! Where were you going on the ferry? I've not been on a jet boat before but I've been on a jet ski once a very long time ago for my tenth birthday. I remember that it was lots and lots of fun! But I haven't done it once in all the years since.

DeleteI have been on a ferry and a jet boat before. The ferry was a bit rough. I felt a little bit sick but I didn't get sick. Jet boats are really fun.
