SLJ W1 D1 - Explorers: Activity 3
For this activity we had to choose a charity. I chose the Air Rescue Trust because they fund the rescue helicopter for the West Coast. This is important because then people can live their lives to the fullest and if they get hurt then the helicopter service is there to help. My uncle was rescued by the helicopter two years ago.

Hi Nikau
ReplyDeleteGreat choose of charity that you have chosen to share some information about. The rescue helicopter service does a great job here on the West Coast and we are very lucky to have them here.
There would be many a time that people that get hurt are able to get to hospital so much quicker because of them.
It is a shame that they have to raise so much money to keep such a vital service running in the community.
I hope that you are having a great holiday. Are you riding your motorbike at any events these holidays?
Keep up the great work!
Until next time
Allie :)
