SLJ W1 D4: Individual Pursuits - Activity 1




I thought this activity was cool because I like tennis and enjoy playing it myself. It is interesting and a bit sad how men get paid more then women.

    Hi Nikau

    Great work with finding our information about Venus and Serena Williams. They really are two very famous sporting sisters. I would just like to say that they are also very wealthy!
    Imagine how much Nike must pay to Serena for wearing their clothing, it must be a huge sum!

    Venus also has her own clothing range of tennis apparel. You have to be doing well when you make your own clothing range!

    Serena is actually playing in Auckland at the moment in the ASB Classic tournament. She played her first singles match last night and won quite easily. It will be interesting to see how she goes.
